Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?

Apple handles billing. On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Pertain, and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.

How do I get a refund?

Refunds are made by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

I bought Premium but the app still shows the paywall.

Tap Restore purchase at the bottom of the paywall, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with.

How do I change what news I get?

Open My Life in the app and edit any section. In Settings you can also change how much news you get and turn impact alerts on or off.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, open My Life → Settings → Delete my profile and account. Everything about you is deleted right away. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an Apple subscription, so cancel that first.
